How do I book a ticket?

Browse shows on the Shows or Gananatya tab, select a show, choose your seats and proceed to checkout. Payment is processed securely via Cashfree.

Can I cancel or get a refund?

Tickets are non-refundable once confirmed. In case of show cancellation by the organiser, a full refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

How do I access my ticket?

After booking, go to My Tickets. Your e-ticket with a unique QR code is available there. Show it at the venue gate for entry.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and wallets — all processed through Cashfree Payments.

I paid but did not receive a ticket. What do I do?

Wait a few minutes and check My Tickets. If the ticket is not visible, contact us via the form below with your order ID.

Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?

Tickets are currently non-transferable and linked to your account. Please contact support if you have special circumstances.
